This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

US COAST GUARD (USCG) BASE KODIAK has a requirement for:

QTY 1 - ANDELA GP-MINI GLASS PULVERIZER/SCREENER. To be considered equal, product must be equal in purpose and performance, specifically 5 ½ HP, 3 phase, 230-640v, able to process 1000 - 1500 pounds of glass per hour, all types of glass infeed, capable of separating residue (caps, labels, corks) and produce a sand/aggregate mix without sharp edges.
Items shall be delivered to USCG BASE KODIAK, via Alaska Freight Forwarding, M/Z 31140 Base Kodiak MWR, 4443 S 134th Place, Tukwila, WA 98168 within 6 months after award. Quotes must include all packing expenses and shipping costs to this address. Vendor MUST acknowledge delivery location and delivery date requirement within their quote.
FAR 52.212-1 and FAR 52.212-2 apply to this acquisition. Evaluation criteria is lowest price technically acceptable. A complete copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, must be completed in SAM.gov at the time of quote submission.
