Description
**The purpose of this amendment is to revise the Period of Performance, include Attachment 2 - Brand Name Justification and extend the closing date and time to 02/05/2024 at 12:00pm ET.**

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Economic Research Services (ERS) requires the renewal of the GTAP Membership, with a PoP one-year from date of award.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation 1232SA25Q0019 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-02.

NAICS for this procurement is: 611310 - Colleges, Universities and Professional Schools, Size Standard $34.5M

Communication Regarding this Solicitation:
The Government reserves the right to cancel this combined synopsis/solicitation at any time.

The vendor shall submit quotes via email to Jacob.toft@usda.gov with a subject line of “Quote: 1232SA25Q0019”, for receipt no later than 12:00 pm EST, Wednesday February 05, 2025. Submission of the quote that does not contain all items requested below may result in elimination from consideration for award.

Responses must include the following items:
1. The company name
2. POC Name, email address, telephone number
3. RFQ number
4. Vendor UEI number.

In addition, the quote should address the elements of the Statement of Need (Attachment 1).
