The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to solicit and award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price contract to GlobalSim, Inc. for warranty and maintenance support services for two (2) crane simulators in support of Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group (NAVELSG). This acquisition will be conducted using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services; and FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice.
THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Any information received will be reviewed by NAVSUP FLCN-s Contracting Department. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The anticipated NAICS code is 811310; the size standard is $12,500,000. The anticipated PSC is J039.
