- This Is An Invitation To Submit A Bid To The Glynn County Board Of Commissioners For: The Successful Bidder Will Provide All Skill, Labor, Material And Equipment To Successfully Perform A Fourth Of July Fireworks Display For The Citizens Of Glynn County. Sealed Bids Will Be Accepted And Time Stamped Electronically Via The County's E-procurement Portal ("portal") Until Wednesday, March 5, 2025 At 1:30 Pm. At 2:00 Pm The Bids Will Be Opened In Conference Room 224 Located On The Second Floor Of The Harold Pate Building 1725 Reynolds Street Brunswick, Ga And Will Be Publicly Read. Bid Openings Are Also Streamed Live On The County's Youtube Channel. Instructions For Preparation And Submission Of A Bid-proposal Are Contained In This Packet. Bids Must Be Typed Or Printed In Ink. Bids Submitted For This Invitation Must Include The "bidders Response Schedule" And Be Returned Online Via The Portal. Bids May Not Be Considered Unless So Received.
