The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), on behalf of the Department of Defense, intends to solicit a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) GlyphWorks Software Maintenance Renewal for one base year plus two option periods. This effort is in support of the U.S. Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Chemical Biological Center (CBC). This procurement will consist of one (1) twelve (12) month base subscription period and two (2) - twelve (12) month optional subscription periods with an anticipated award date of 30 August 2025. It is the Government-s intent to make a sole source award utilizing the authority set forth in 41 United States Code 1901 as implemented in FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii), sole source (including brand name) under the authority of the simplified procedures for certain commercial items. - Documents:
