This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. b. Solicitation number 68HE0B25Q0094 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). c. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01, effective 05/01/2022, EPA Acquisition Regulations (EPAAR) as of March 11, 2021, and Environmental Protection Agency Acquisition Guide (EPAAG) as of May 11, 2021. d. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing with a small business size standard 1000 employees. e.
