Description:
The City of New Smyrna Beach (herein after, “City”) is requesting proposals from qualified golf cart manufacturers authorized dealers to provide capital leasing options for the acquisition of sixty (60) electric golf carts and one (1) range picker.In addition to the lease, proposers shall also provide pricing for up to twenty (20) electric golf carts that the city may rent during the peak season starting January 1st through April 30th every year during the duration of the awarded contract. The need and quantity of the rental carts may fluctuate year to year. Therefore, the city reserves the right to not order any additional carts, or any number of carts up to twenty (20) carts during the peak season.All carts shall meet the specifications included herein and all carts will be utilized and stationed at the New Smyrna Beach Golf Course located at 1000 Wayne Avenue, New Smyrna Beach, Florida, 32168.Authorized dealers must be licensed to do business in the State of Florida and provide other related services as noted in this document, in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions contained herein.If an award is made it shall be made to the best overall proposer(s) whose proposal is most advantageous to the city, taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in this document.
