This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii). FA468625Q0008 is issued as an RFQ.
(iii). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03.
(iv). This will be solicited as a Set-Aside Status: 100% Small Business set-aside, with an associated NAICS code 532284 - Recreational Goods Rental and a small business size standard of $9.0M.
(v). A list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure is identified in Attachment 1, Section B - Supplies or Services & Prices or Costs. Offerors shall return completed as part of quote submission.
(vi). This Requirement is to procure Golf Cart Rental services for the execution of the 2025 2-day Air and Space Expo, as defined in the associated Statement of Work (SOW) for Beale AFB (BAFB), CA. The offeror shall provide and deliver a 65 golf carts (Both gas and electric) to Beale AFB, CA by 6 June 2025 at 7:00. The Contractor shall provide safety instructions and guidelines to all Event staff and volunteers who will be operating the golf carts prior to the release of the 65 golf carts. Technicians must be on-site during the airshow to ensure equipment remains charged, fueled, and functional during event hours. Technicians will issue golf carts each day and stage all golf carts at the designated staging location at the end of each day. On-site presence is required during event hours from 7: 00 AM to 6:00 PM on June 6, 7, and 8, 2025.
