The 502nd FSS Great Texas Freedom Fest Committee is seeking to engage contractors to provide 30 golf cart rental services for the duration of the Event. The Great Texas Freedom Fest 2025 will take place on 11 April - 13 April 2025 and the golf carts will need to be in place 11 April 2025 at Fort Sam Houston, Texas.
Technicians must be on-site during the airshow to troubleshoot and ensure equipment remains functional throughout the event. On-site presence is required during event hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM on April 11th, 12th, and 13th 2025.
