Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 10, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, intends to award a contract for purchase of a gore tunneler and sterilization tray set for the Cincinnati VA Medical Center, 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH 45220. NAICS Code 339112, size standard 1000 employees. This will be a one-time purchase for specialized set to match other sets used by the sterile processing service. Gore set is a specific size at 6mm and 8mm. VA intends to award to Artisan Medical Devices Corporation Artisan Medical Devices is the original equipment manufacturer and sole distributor.
