Description
The services in this requirment are 100% set aside for certified 8(a) under NAICS code 493190 (Other Warehouse and Storage) and will utilize full and open competition after exclusion. The services in this requirment include providing all technical support, personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and other items and services as required on behalf of DLA Energy in support of the Department of the Air Force, fuels management operations. The contractor will provide all fuels management services to include alongside aircraft refueling delivery, operation and maintenance of bulk fuel facilities, inventory accountability, fuel operations, product receipts, bulk product issues, automated dispensing key managment, product quality, enviromental compliance, and other responsiblities in accordance with the Performance Work Statments (PWS(s)). There are two locations under this solicatation. Interested firms will be able to submit proposals for one location or both locations of interest; parties must identify the location(s) when proposals are submitted. - Documents:
