Description
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to use simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106 and 13.5.
(ii) W50S73-23-Q-0007 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ).
(iii) This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05.
(iv) This is a 100% small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 333912 and the small business size standard is 1000 employees

2. Minimum Specs Required
6000 psig CO monitoring system NFPA 1901 2016 edition compliant 3 position containment fill station accommodates SCBA tanks Solid-state auto cascade system. Tri Fill/3 positions Posi Check Connection NEMA 4 rated electrical enclosure Emergency stop push button Audible alarm on safety shutdowns(vi) This requirement is for the purchase of a Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) refill station with air compressor.
(vii) The delivery date will be 30 days after contract award (negotiable). F.O.B. Destination; Gowen Field Boise, Idaho 83705 (exact customer address will be provided in the resulting contract)
