Executive Summary: The Department Of Veterans Affairs (Va) Homeless Providers Grant And Per Diem (Gpd) National Program Office Anticipates Awarding Renewal Grants To Community-Based Organizations To Provide Case Management Services To Improve Veteran Housing Retention. Awards Are Expected To Be For 3 Years Starting On Or Around October 1, 2025. The Target Audience For This Funding Is Current Gpd Case Management Grantees. Va Targets These Organizations To Provide Case Management Services To Improve Housing Retention By Veterans Who Are At Risk Of Becoming Homeless Or Who Were Previously Homeless And Are Transitioning To Permanent Housing From Programs Such As The Gpd Program Or The Va Health Care For Homeless Veterans (Hchv) Contracted Residential Services (Crs) Program. Renewal Grants Will Defray The Operational Costs Of Facilitating Housing Stability For Vulnerable Veterans. Only The 90 Current Gpd Case Management Grantees Are Eligible To Apply. No Other Applicants Are Eligible To Apply. For Program Information And Requirements, See 38 C.F.R. Part 61.Funding Details: Approximately $15 Million Per Year For 3 Years Is Available For Renewal Grants Under The Nofo. Renewal Grants Are Expected To Be Approximately $75,000 To $300,000 Per Year Depending On Factors Such As The Number Of Case Managers. Va Anticipates Awarding Approximately 90 Case Management Renewal Grants For Approximately 120 Full-Time Equivalent (Fte) Case Manager Positions. Awards May Not Exceed $150,000 In Total ...
