The Grady County Board Of Commissioners Will Receive Sealed Bids Until December 11, 2025 At 2:00 Pm At Grady County Board Of Commissioners, 33 17th Ave Nw, Cairo, Ga 39827. A Non-mandatory Pre-bid Meeting Will Be Held On November 20, 2025 At 10:30 Am At The Office Of The Grady County Board Of Commissioners. This Project Is Funded By A Grant From The Georgia Department Of Community Affairs. Babaa And Davis-bacon Act Provision Apply. This Project Is Also Subject To The Requirements Of Section 3 Of The Hud Act Of 1968. Section 3 Residents And Business Concerns Are Encouraged To Apply. Bid Security Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid In The Amount Of 5 Percent Of The Bid Amount Project Consists Of: Construction Of A New 3300 Square Foot Building On Existing Partially Cleared Site. The Structure Is A Pre-engineered Metal Building System Including Metal Roof, Walls, And Soffit Panels. Exterior Openings Include Aluminum Store Entrance And Punched Windows, Metal Door And Frames, And Coiling Door. Interior Components Consist Of Non-loading Metal Studs, Gypsum Board, Flush Wood Doors, Architectural Cabinets, Suspended Acoustical Ceilings, Floor Finishes And Paintings.
