10/10/2025Addendum 1: The purpose of this addendum is to extend the solicitation due date to 10/15/25 at 2:00 PM CST. Responders acknowledge receipt of Addendum 1 by responding to the SWIFT Event Version 2, or the newest Event Version by the solicitation due date and time.PURPOSE: The Minnesota Department of Administration, on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Employment andEconomic Development (DEED), requests proposals to furnish and install a grain bin air vacuum piping systemand related components per Exhibit C of the Sample Contract. The work is to be performed in Royalton, MN56373.MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place at the site location which will beprovided upon registration.REGISTRATION: Responders must register to attend the pre-proposal meeting as soon as possible. Responders mustregister by September 29. To register for the pre-proposal meeting, contact John Bredehoft(john.bredehoft@state.mn.us).
