This combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement to upgrade a nutrient supergage as a part of the NGWOS program in the Illinois River Basin. This requires a new 40 ft service pole to be installed and an overhead line of power connected to the new pole.
