Presolicitation Notice The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) requires 5-year and annual elevator inspections for 15 elevators located in Grand Coulee, Washington State for a base year period plus 4 option years. Additionally, FAR Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services will be included in the solicitation.This acquisition is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES (SB) under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 238290 - Other Building Equipment Contractors with a Small Business Size Standard of $22 Million. The product service code is H339 - Inspection - Material Handling EquipmentReclamation intends to award one firm-fixed-price contract. The anticipated date to issue the Request for Quote, 140R1725Q0018, (written) is approximately the fifth week in January 2025. The anticipated closing date is the second week in February 2025. The anticipated award date is the first week in March 2025, but all dates in this notice are subject to change. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the closing of the solicitation. Any amendments applicable to the solicitation will be posted at the same site. This service will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply.
