Project: Grandfather Ranger District Office Renovations Project
Location: Pisgah National Forest
Description: The contractor shall provide any and all equipment, labor, materials, tools, supervision, safety and other incidentals necessary to perform office remodeling including wall demolition and construction and all associated work of but not limited to walls, painting, texturing, electrical, IT, flooring, doors and hardware, ceilings, HVAC, and lighting.
Magnitude: The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between$100,000 and $250,000.
Period of Performance: 90 days after receipt of notice to proceed.
Site Visit: March 3, 2025 at 10:00 AM EST. Grandfather Ranger District Office, Pisgah NF, 109 East Lawing Drive, Nebo, NC
Request for Information: RFIs are due March 5, 2025 by 5:00 PM EST. An amendment with responses will be sent after the due date.
Submittal Method: All proposals shall be emailed to Keisha.Robinson@usda.gov.
Bid Opening Date: March 12, 2025, 1:00 PM EST.
