Description:
The contract provides for the construction and installation of one (1) Grandview Gateway Monument Sign, including integrated sign lighting and an adjacent landscape rock bed. All work shall be completed in accordance with the approved design plans and specifications. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: • Site preparation and excavation as required for monument foundation. • Construction of the monument sign structure, including all framing, masonry, and architectural finishes. • Installation of lighting components to ensure proper illumination of the sign, in accordance with electrical and safety codes. • Placement and stabilization of a decorative rock bed surrounding the sign, enhancing the visual impact and integrating with the surrounding landscape. • Final grading and site cleanup to restore and finish the area to project standards. All materials and workmanship shall meet or exceed industry standards and comply with all applicable local regulations and codes.
