- The purpose of this Amendment is to add a site visit for prospective offerors. By way of this Amendment, a site visit has been scheduled as follows:
Wednesday, January 7, 2026, 10:00 AM, ET.
Offerors interested in participating in the site visit shall respond via email with the vendor's name as well as the name and email address of the person who will be attending the site visit.
Responses shall include a signed copy of this Amendment and be emailed to stephanie.mcfadden@va.gov no later than 10:00AM, ET, Tuesday, December 23, 2025. Additional
details for the site visit will be provided via email after that date, and prior to the scheduled site visit.
The due date and time for responses to the solicitation is hereby extended from 1:00PM, ET, Tuesday, December 30, 2025, to 10:00AM, ET, Friday, January 16, 2026.
