SUBJECT: Request for Information - Great Texas Freedom Fest- Tents, Chairs, Tables, and Lighting/Generators
1.This will be an Request for Information (RFI). Although “offeror” is used in this Request for Information, your response will be treated as information only. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated will be solely at the interested party-s expense. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on SAM at https://www.sam.gov. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
2.The 502nd Great Texas Freedom Fest Committee is seeking to engage contractors to provide Rental, Delivery and Set-up Services -- In support of the Ft. Sam Houston Open House 12 April 2025, various functions will have need of tables, chairs, tents, and canopies. The volume of items requires significant logistics for delivery, set-up, anchoring and tear down; hence this requirement is being contracted to a vendor. The NAICS for this requirement is 532284 and the PSC is W083. Respondents should indicate their size in relation to this size standard and indicate socio-economic status (i.e. SB, 8(a), HUBZone, EDWOSB, WOSB, or SDVOSB).
