Green Mountain & Finger Lakes and White Mountain NF A/E MATOC IDIQThe USDA Forest Service plans to award three or more Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for Architect and Engineering Services. The Contract(s) will include a base year and four options of one year each. Fixed price task orders issued under the basic IDIQ contract will include a specific statement of work and be negotiated as individual projects. The cumulative total of all task orders issued under a contract cannot exceed $2,000,000 for the entire five-year period. The minimum guarantee over the entire 5-year period is $3,000 per awardee.Scope of ContractThe intent is to procure professional engineering services by contract on an as needed basis. These services would supplement these types of services that are performed in house. The types of engineering services contemplated by this contract are civil/structural type engineering similar to but not limited to the following:1). Design or review of designs for roads, dams, bridges (road and trail), major drainage structures, site layout / design and related civil / structural engineering services. 2). The evaluation of and solution to slide areas and other geotechnical problems, related to structural footings and foundation walls. 3). Analysis of hydraulics for bridges and dams including geomorphology and stream simulation.4). Facilities assessment, design and renovation. 5). The field survey of sites for these designs, 6). Environmental services related to these designs, 7). Inspection services.The majority of the projects will be located on the White Mountain National Forest in NH and ME, and the Green Mountain & Finger Lakes National Forest in VT and NY. Work may also be requested and performed from other National Forest units not located in this area.
