The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to install eight (8) in total Security Lights, Utility Poles, and Power Supply for Green River Lock #1 located at 5048 Dam and Lock Road, Reed, KY. 42451 and Green River Lock and Dam #2 located at 695 West First Street, Calhoun, Kentucky 42327. The contractor?s work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. Work shall begin within 14 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and shall conclude 120 Calendar Days after the NTP. One award shall be made from this Solicitation. The contract award shall be based on Low Price. Method of Payment under this contract shall be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor. Quotes shall not be accepted for quantities less than the quantities specified in the Quote. Failure to submit a unit price for all items listed shall be considered as a material deviation from the requirements and the Quote shall be rejected.
