The Department of Defense Concessions Committee (DoDCC) intends to solicit interested vendors (through the competitive solicitation process) for a single follow-on License Agreement for a firm to manage and operate a greeting cards, gifts, souvenirs retail store in Room 01C23B within the Mark Center, 4800 Mark Center Dr., Alexandria, VA 22350. As a result, the DoDCC is inquiring to determine firms interested in this opportunity in response to a DoDCC issued solicitation anticipated to be released in April 2023.
Although the specific details of this requirement will be provided in the solicitation, the successful offeror will be required to manage and operate a greeting cards, gifts, souvenirs retail store in Room 01C23B within the Mark Center. Additionally, there is the potential to offer a small scale type of licensed and branded shipping and mailing concept such as a Contracted Postal Unit (CPU) through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
The base period of performance (PoP) will be five (5) years with two (2) five-year (5-year) option periods subject to mutual agreement.
