This is a Request for Information (RFI) ONLY and should not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a commitment by the U.S. Government. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey on behalf of the Project Manager Soldier Weapons (PM SW), located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ is issuing this RFI to survey the market for potential firms with the capabilities and interest in participating as a prime contractor to respond to a Request for Proposal to fulfill a proposal for Grenadier Sighting System (GSS) .
Desired design and performance characteristics for GSS are provided in the document "AR-PD-176, PURCHASE DESCRIPTION FOR M320 GRENADIER SIGHTING SYSTEM (GSS)", attached below.
