This System Must Have The Following Capabilities: -youth Directly File Their Grievance Into The System -unique Identifier For Youth -tracking Of Grievance Through The System -alerts/notification To User As To Pending Grievances, Timelines, Deficiencies, Action Taken, Etc. -data Compilation And Reports (i.e.) Type Of Grievance, Timelines Met/compliance, # Of Grievances Filed And By Category -appeals -quality Assurance Reviews Offerors Should Review Attachment B- Scope Of Services For Further Details.
