This notice of intent is published in accordance with FAR 5.201 and is NOT a request for proposals.
The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to solicit for single occupancy lodging meeting the specifications outlined in the Statement of Work. It is noted that market research for this Pre-solicitation notice was performed under Notice ID N3904025PSE2936.
The solicitation documents will incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-03 and DFARS Change Notice 2025-0117. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The solicitation will be issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ).
This notice of intent is published in accordance with FAR 5.201 and is NOT a request for proposals. Interested parties, however, may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement. The Government will consider all capability information received prior to the closing date of this synopsis. Responses shall be submitted via email to Contract Specialist alyssa.a.cress.civ@us.navy.mil within 15 calendar days of the date of this notice. All requests for further information must be in writing and via email to the above address, telephone requests for additional information will not be honored.
