This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2025-06 (eff. 10/01/2025) VAAR DEVIATION APR 2025 (eff. 04/01/2025) VAAM Alert 26-01 (eff. 10/01/2025) Acquisition Policy Flash 25-30 eff. 09/18/2025). 3. This requirement is solicited as unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System number is 621910 with a size standard in number of $22.5 Million. 4. Place of Performance: Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care Systems. 400 Veterans Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39531 5. Period of Performance: January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, plus 4 twelve(12) month option periods. . 6.
