Description
The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Service Unit (KSU) facilities; Kayenta Health Center, Inscription House Health Center, and Dennehotso Health Station, located in Kayenta, AZ 86033, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Sacred Mountain Medical Service, Inc., UEI Number VLT4NWARX6N5, for the provision of Inter-Facility Non-Emergent and Emergent ground transport medical services. Period of Performance shall be for a duration of six (6) months.
In accordance with FAR 6.303-2(b), Sacred Mountain Medical Service, Inc., is uniquely qualified to provide the ground transport services that will include medical transport outside the primary response area as medically necessary, and may include intra-facility patient transportation to other IHS facilities.
This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Sacred Mountain Medical Service, Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Jerlyn Begay, Supervisory Contract Specialist, at jerlyn.begay@ihs.gov by 10:00am EDT on Monday 08/11/2025. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
