This Sources Sought is not a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, or Invitation for Bid. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Baltimore District is considering a non-personnel services contract to provide Grounds Maintenance Services for Washington Aqueduct Division (WAD) in Washington, D.C. Attached is a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Washington Aqueduct Division (WAD) maintains and operates the Dalecarlia and McMillan Water Treatment Plants (WTP), from which approximately one million people in the District of Columbia, Northern Virginia and the Federal Government are served with safe and reliable drinking water. The Washington Aqueduct collects, purifies, and pumps an adequate supply of potable water for the District of Columbia, Arlington County, and the City of Falls Church, VA.
