Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Grounds Maintenance Services, Hopkinton Lake, Hopkinton, NH and Everett Lake, Weare, NH.
THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials, transportation, and labor to perform the grounds maintenance services at the Hopkinton Lake and Everett Lake Projects. The grounds maintenance services include a spring and fall clean-up, mulching, weekly mowing and trimming, annual field mowing, monthly garden weeding and pruning, and dog waste and trash removal in the specified areas at the Hopkinton Lake Project area, Hopkinton, NH, the Everett Lake Project area, Weare, NH, and the Hopkinton Lake Recreation Area, known as Elm Brook Park, Hopkinton, NH.
This is not a request for quotes at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about March 13, 2025. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov).
This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million.
ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
