Standard Form (SF) 30 amendment 0004 was issued on August 21, 2025, in response to a protest, extending the solicitation closing date to 5:00 PM CST on August 29, 2025.

All revisions in the new documents will be shown in red, italic font with the obsolete solicitation language in the revised RFP being strikethrough. All other provisions, clauses, and terms and conditions contained within the solicitation remain unchanged unless indicated within the SF30 amendment documents. With amendment 0003 a second Q&A document has been posted. The date for receipt of proposals is not extended and the technical questions cut-off date has closed and will not be extended.
