    U.S. GOVERNMENT seeks to lease the following office space through the Requirement Specific Acquisition Platform (RSAP):

    Additional Requirements:
    This is a for a Veteren-s Benefit Service Center, Department of Veterans Affairs. At least 1,000 SF of office space must be located on the 1st floor. It must have a well-lit and highly secure employee entrance, and a separate entrance for visiting veterans. A security system is required on the leased premises. The leased space cannot be in mixed use residential space. Leased space cannot be in a retail strip mall that leases space to casinos, liquor stores or alcohol serving establishments (bars), smoke/vape shops, dispensaries, adult stores, laundromats, homeless shelters, convenience stores, tattoo/piercing parlors, and pawn shops/secondhand stores office space should be in an environment that is conducive to focus and security for professional services.
