General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Additional Requirements:
The offered space must be finished or require minimal work for occupancy January 2025. The full space requirement must be met within the same building. Space must be contiguous on one floor. The space must have a private restroom/bathroom located within the lease space or ability to isolate a restroom/bathroom within the suite through minor renovations. One (1) on-site reserved parking space is required. There must be access to additional onsite or public parking within an acceptable walking distance as determined by the Government. The office space, elevator and the parking must be accessible twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Offered space shall be located in a commercial office district with attractive, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Space cannot be co-located with retail or rehabilitation centers (drug or criminal). Buildings must have the ability to meet ISC Facility Security Level requirements as determined by the Federal Protection Service (FPS).Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
