    Additional Requirements:
    Space must be contiguous on one floor. Five (5) reserved parking spaces required. Building must have onsite visitor parking or be located within a walkable quarter mile from street or public parking. The office space, elevator and the parking must be accessible twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. The leased space must be free of potential triggers that will frustrate the purpose of the agency-s mission including, however not limited to: The leased space cannot be co-located with any entities engaged in the sale of alcoholic beverages, cannabis and cannabis products, or firearms and related products. The leased space must comply with all city, state, and federal ordinances. Buildings must have the ability to meet facility security level requirements as determined by the federal protection service (FPS). Must be able to meet U.S. Courts, U.S. Marshals and other applicable design guide standards. Design must be able to accommodate a toilet room that is accessible from the waiting room and located adjacent to the UA prep/analysis room, to allow for an observation window and a specimen passthrough between the two rooms.
