Description:
Purpose Of Procurement Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (official Code Of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Quotes (erfq) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With A Qualified Supplier Who Will Provide Cleaning Services At Georgia State University's Central Dining Hall To The Board Of Regents Of The University System Of Georgia By And On Behalf Of Georgia State University (hereinafter, The State Entity) As Further Described In This Erfq. Georgia State University Is Seeking Bids For A One Time Cleaning Service At Central Dining Hall Located On Gsu's Atlanta Campus. The Contractor Shall Provide All Labor, Materials, And Equipment Necessary To Perform The Service. Cleaning Includes Interior Walls, Floors And Exterior Ductwork In The Serving Area And Dining Room Only As Further Described In The Scope Of Work. A Mandatory Site Visit Is Scheduled For November 20, 2025 @ 10am. The Site Visit Will Start In The Front Entrance At Central Dining Hall Located At 92 Piedmont Avenue, Atlanta, Ga 30303.
