- Purpose Of Procurement Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (official Code Of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Quotes (erfq) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With One Or More Qualified Suppliers Who Will Provide Gsu - Water Treatment Chemicals To The Board Of Regents Of The University System Of Georgia By And On Behalf Of Georgia State University (hereinafter, The State Entity) As Further Described In This Erfq. Georgia State University (gsu) Is Seeking Proposals From Qualified Firms To Furnish Water Treatment Chemicals In Accordance With The Technical Specifications Furnished In This Request For Quote (rfq). This Agreement Between Georgia State University ¿gsu¿ And The Vendor Hereinafter Referred To As Contractor, Is For The Water Treatment Of Hvac Systems, To Include Closed Chilled Water Loops, Closed Hot Water Loops, Boiler Water Systems, And Open Condenser Loops With Cooling Towers.
