The Guam Air National Guard (GUANG) has a requirement for commercial lease vehicle services in order to fulfill their mission requirements.
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, to perform Vehicle Lease Services, as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement.A Small Business set-aside, single Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract is anticipated to be awarded to the business concern through the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6. The quotations shall be evaluated on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is NAICS 532112 Passenger Car Rental, Size Standard $47 MIL. Responders should include all documents and information requested submitted in accordance with the instructions herein.
