Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W911YU-25-Q-A021. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ.) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 (17 January 2025), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change 17 January 2025, and Service Contract Act Wage Determination #2015-5693, Revision #23.A Single Award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is anticipated to be awarded to the business concern through the procedures of FAR subsection 16.202 Firm-fixed-price contracts. The quotations shall be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is NAICS 624110 Child and Youth Services, Size Standard $15,500,000. Responders should include all documents and information requested submitted in accordance with the instructions herein.
