We are requesting a quote for 2 each portable guard/security shacks. Size: 10 x 10 with the following features: 3000 watts wall heater with fan 12000 BTU through wall air conditioner with remote exterior security LED light over entry door. Heavy duty steel base frame with built-in fork pockets. Fully insulated walls (R-13, Roof (R-30), Foor (R12) rigid. Aluminum thread plate floor (over 3/4-inch plywood subfloor. Aluminum exterior standard colors-lite gray with dark gray-top/bottom trim. Out swing steel door-aluminum jamb, 1/2-inch glass tempered, stainless hinges, lockset, heavy duty door closer tempered insulated windows (sliding and fixed), double-locking, insect screen T-grid type ceiling drop in LED light wall switch, 100-amp main panel with 3 duplex receptacles. Dedicated circuit for heat and air conditioner. Counter/desktop, 24-inch x 88-inch laminated white EPDM rubber roof with 3/6-inch overhang wired and CAT 5/6 ready for internet use.
