Aluminum exterior standard colors-lite gray with dark gray-top/bottom trim. Out swing steel door-aluminum jamb, 1/2-inch glass tempered, stainless hinges, lockset, heavy duty door closer tempered insulated windows (sliding and fixed), double-locking, insect screen T-grid type ceiling drop in LED light wall switch, 100-amp main panel with 3 duplex receptacles.
