THIS IS A NOTIFICATION OF INTENT TO AWARD A BRAND NAME / SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.Guam Army National Guard intends to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract to L3 Harris. Under the authority of FAR 13.106(1) only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is in support of the GUAM ARMY NATIONAL GUARD G3 (GUARNG) National Guard High Frequency (NGHF) program. The National Guard High Frequency (NGHF) program is instrumental in providing reliable Command, Control, and Communications (C3) capabilities, supporting the Chief of the National Guard Bureau?s (CNGB) Mission Essential Functions (MEFs). The listed materials and requirements are necessary to support NGHF Program. The anticipated date of award of this action is on or before 30 September 2025. The applicable NAICS code is 334290. This solicitation is being issued in electronic format only. No additional media will be provided. Any prospective Offeror must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov.
