Pursuant to 41 USC §3304(a)(5), 38 U.S. Code § 8127(c), as implemented by FAR 6.302-5, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office 5 intends to conduct a sole source acquisition for Guest Wi-Fi Services from N-ovation Technology Group LLC (SAM UEI: MQ7YLKYZ2MK8). Under the contemplated 6-month contract, the Contractor will maintain existing infrastructure and support of a guest Wi-Fi network that is currently in place at the VA Maryland Health Care System (Baltimore).This notice of intent to conduct a sole source acquisition is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of performing the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice.
