Description:
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul District, is planning to solicit for a project requiring the provision of all equipment, labor, permits, and materials necessary to remove and dispose of an existing vault toilet building and associated vault. The project will also involve the installation of a new prefabricated, pre-cast concrete, self-contained flush vault restroom and associated vault at the Gull Lake Recreation Area in Brainerd, Minnesota.
The anticipated magnitude of this project will be between $250,000 and $500,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project will be 238120, Structural Steel & Precast Concrete Contractors. The resulting contract shall be a firm fixed-price contract. This solicitation shall be a Total Small Business set-aside. The solicitation will be an Invitation for Bid (IFB). This synopsis is not a request for quotes, proposals, or bids. This is a notice that a solicitation for a competitive acquisition for the award of one firm fixed-price contract is intended to be issued via SAM.gov.
