The Colorado Army National Guard requests quotes for cleaning and janitorial service for hotel style billet rooms and common areas at the High-Altitude ARNG Aviation Training Site (HAATS). The contractor conducts housekeeping duties required to properly maintain the billet rooms with anticipated start in Aug 2025. The Contractor shall provide housekeeping of 34 hotel style rooms and common areas weekly as listed in this Performance Work Statement.
It is anticipated that a contract will be awarded to the vendor whose quote represents the best value to the government in terms of price and technical acceptability. Quotes are due 27 June 2025 at 1000 EST to the POC listed. - Documents:
