- The proposed Capital Improvements Roof project will consist of a complete roof replacement of two roof systems for two buildings. - Shingle Roof Replacement: Remove the existing deteriorated shingle roof system and liquid-applied coating. Install a new high-performance, liquid-applied roofing membrane designed to provide long-term waterproofing and enhanced durability. - Flat Roof Replacement: Remove the existing tar and gravel roofing system on all remaining flat roof areas. Install a new modified bitumen roofing system, selected for its proven durability and suitability for flat roofs. Roof measurements: 1631 Hayes St: Total roof area: 5290 sqft 1530 Fell St: Total roof area: 3933 sqft For SBE/LBE eligibility and Subtractor Declaration must be submitted by the prime bidder if the bidder is seeking SBE or LBE rating bonus. Hamilton Families will accept sealed bids by email until 5:00 P.M. on November 7, 2025. All bids must be submitted to Abdi Hersi, details listed below. A mandatory walkthrough of the site will be held on October 29, 2025, at 10:00am.
