The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price to purchase Premium Plus - Service Agreement for the on-site maintenance of one (1) Hamilton USDA NGS MOA STAR Workstation
CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS
PREMIUM PLUS - Service Agreement Includes:
Priority dispatch for contract customers A target response time of 24 hours for a down instrument A guaranteed response time of 48 hours for a down instrument A guaranteed call back time of 4 hours Parts, travel, and labor costs
1 PM Agreement Option
1 Preventative Maintenance service call per year
The period of performance for this effort will be a 1 base period.

The property or services needed by the executive agency are available from only one responsible source and no other type of property or services will satisfy the needs of the executive agency.
