GENERAL:
The California Air National Guard (CA ANG) intends to award a single firm fixed price (FFP) contract for a hangar door repair at the144th Fighter Wing. Additional details are included in the provided Performance Work Statement. The contractor is responsible for providing all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary.
This solicitation provides for full and open competition.
SITE VISIT:
An organized site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 22nd @ 9:00AM PDT. All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
BASE ACCESS: Base security requires all personnel entering the installation be cleared for access. Each individual will be required to complete a DBIDS Pre-Enrollment at https://dbids-global-enroll.dmdc.mil/preenrollui/#/landing-page prior to the date of the visit. Upon completion of the DBIDS pre-enrollment, the user will be provided a six-digit alphanumeric code, which must be forwarded to 144.FW.FAL.MSC.Contracting@us.af.mil along with the following information:

NOTE: Base access requests for U.S. citizens typically require 3-5 business days for processing, so visitors are advised to submit requests as soon as possible. Requests for foreign nationals require between 45-60 calendar days for processing, so these requests cannot be processed prior to the visit.
Once access requests are processed, the 144th Contracting Office will notify each requester via email of their "APPROVED/DENIED" status. For those approved for access, the REAL ID mandate is in effect. If a visitor does not have a REAL ID, 2 out of the 3 listed below will be needed for entry:
