The Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District currently has Contract No. W912EQ24D0004 for harbor dredging services at Elvis Stahr Harbor, Kentucky, Northwest Tennessee Regional Harbor, Tennessee, New Madrid City Harbor, Missouri, New Madrid County Harbor, Missouri; Caruthersville Harbor, Missouri; Osceola Harbor, Arkansas; Wolf River Harbor, Tennessee, Memphis Harbor/McKellar Lake, Tennessee; Helena Harbor, Arkansas, and Helena Harbor Phillips County, Arkansas. Due to operational requirements, the Government is considering modifying the contract to add additional rental hours of a 24-inch ID pump discharge dredge and attendant dredge plant including 8,500 feet of pontoon and 8,500-feet of shoreline pipeline. Additional requirements may include additional pipeline if necessary for extending a 6,500-foot harbor and additional 3,000 feet, inline booster pump and transportation fees for additional equipment. Dredging needs are for new work at Osceola Harbor, Osceola, AR in the Memphis District in response to new authorization to extend the overall length of the federally authorized navigation channel.
