Special Conditions: This Notice Is Only For Bidders That Have Already Prequalified Under The Pre-qualification For Hard Labor Creek Water Transmission Main Submitted On October 9, 2025 And Approved By The Walton County Water And Sewerage Authority On November 13, 2025. Bids Will Be Received At The Walton County Water & Sewerage Authority, 2171 Highway 81, Loganville, Ga 30052 Until 2:00 P.m. Local Time On Thursday, December 18, 2025.
