The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Regional Procurement Office West (RPOW) is proposing to lease a minimum of 15,494 rentable square feet (RSF) and maximum of 16,269 (RSF) of medical/office space for a Mental Health Clinic in Harlingen, Texas. The space shall be located in a quality building, constructed of sound and substantial construction, and shall be in compliance with Federal Laws & Regulations governing federal leases, building & fire codes, and the American with Disabilities Act (ADA). In addition, the space offered shall not be a build to suite or new build. Offered space must be located on a contiguous and located on one floor. Must be a modernized building, or one that has undergone restoration or rehabilitation for the intended use. Lease should be full service. On-site parking for 100 vehicles is required. The term should be 20 years, (10) years firm with a (10) year soft term.
